In the fast-paced society in which we live, road quality and transportation is of utmost importance. Our founder, Bob Campbell began his career with the Tennessee Department of Transportation, and he carried that experience with him to RGC&A and to communities throughout East Tennessee. RGC&A has unlimited Pre-Qualification status with TDOT, and we use TDOT standards for Survey, Design, Preliminary, Right-of-Way and Construction Plans as well as cost estimate, permitting and bidding services to assist our clients in meeting their transportation needs.
